Frequently Asked Questions Updated: 10/16/2023

Q1.The rules of “Dot Zombie” are that the survivor wins if they place all their cards, but if even one survivor fails to place a card, the zombie wins?
A. Even if other survivors skip their turns and fail to place 10 cards and lose the game, the surviving player who uses all 10 cards in his own hand wins.

Therefore, in this game, cooperation between survivors is required until the middle stage, but betrayal may occur towards the end.

(Of course, they can also help each other and all try to survive!)
Like in a zombie movie, it is up to the players to decide whether to betray or cooperate until the end!

Otherwise, if the zombies are too strong, check the following

Q2.When a survivor places a card, do all paths need to connect without interruption?
A.It is not necessary, as long as the conditions for placing cards are met.

When a survivor places a card, there are two conditions
(1) At least one path is connected to an existing survivor.
(2) The path does not connect to any existing zombie.

In other words, as long as at least one path connects to a survivor’s path and does not connect to a zombie’s path, the other paths may be disconnected.

Q3.Is all consultation between survivors prohibited?
A.It is not good to show each other cards or talk about what kind of cards you have, but if the consultation is abstract, such as “my hand is strong” or “I want you to leave that area to me”, it may be exciting.

Q4. I don’t know when to use Policeman and Doctor.
A. According to the author, it’s easier to save the Policeman until the second half and use the Doctor as soon as possible.
